Colorado Springs has many excellent school districts, but the one that everybody seems to want to move to is Academy School District 20, located in North Colorado Springs. Originally created as a school district that served the schools on the US Air Force Academy exclusively, D-20 has now grown to one of the largest school districts in the state with very high academic rankings as well. For these reasons, many families moving to Colorado Springs want to move to a home within District 20. District 20 encompasses most of the areas in which The Springs Houses concentrates our activities, all the way from Briargate in the south, Gleneagle in the North, Rockrimmon to the west and Black Forest to the East.
