It may seem strange, but “Northgate” can mean different things to different people. There is a small subdivision called “Northgate” (and some other smaller offshoots of that…), but for purposes of this blog post we will talk about the MLS area of “Northgate”, which encompasses many North Colorado Springs neighborhoods (including “Northgate”, if that isn’t confusing enough). From a geographic perspective, Northgate is essentially anything north of InterQuest Parkway, east of I-25 and north to Baptist Road. All of this area is located within Academy School District 20, and is a very popular part of town.
We are seeing lots of new development happing up this way, from the ongoing retail and residential area at Polaris Point to the new Great Wolf Lodge Hotel and Water Resor, this is definitely a growing part of town.
